my partner in crime aya snapped me backstage on one of those days when it's so hot that half the day in studio is spent laying on the floor since it's the only surface that doesn't cause sweating when you move as much as one finger.
been enjoying past weeks with rooftop drinks so feeling a bit miserable for having to leave my home for the summer. luckily, the finnish translation is forecasting 2am skinny dips with the sun still out, cycling with my brave matte black bike and dare i even mention digging up my dusty old paisley printed skate deck to try out "discreetly" on my yard if i still manage to flip the board. i'm planning to make up for the missed london summer by strolling around with my cam corder and snapshot going to places i've missed during 20 years of helsinki. hope you guys find which ever city you're staying in inspiring -

the unexpected joys of life include finding someone's shared itunes library when you're in bed fueled by lemsip and ginger ale mixed with some paracetamol. on side note proud to be shooting a film tomorrow with a mind-blowing group of people so need to get my health bars up for our tekken inspired showcase video !

+ fake it till you make it, i'm planning to wear my natalia brilli nolex until the day i make my way around a 10k rolex some day - hopes up that would be soon enough
+ glitter socks with just about any shoes from sneakers to heels, ca-chinggg
+ golden heavy curb chain, yet just light enough for me to keep my neck straight
+ cut off awkward length 501's. you can never own too many pairs of 501's. ever.
+ same goes with camo printed anything, good example my vintage desert camo british army shirt

mi vida loca (1993)

the only reason to watch this flick all over again is the wardrobe. the story is bearable but ay ay the gear .. t-shirts crisp from press, baseball shirts, chicos wearing white knee socks under khakis - with matching white sneakers. dungarees in print and fresh denim, add up some trusty nike cortez and brunettes with brown lipstick = major nod of aprobación.

+ the safe side gang member like i am - if you never get enough of some true girl gang stories, gini sikes' 8 ball chicks in good old paper format is quite a decent read as well.
